Are your products vegan?

Yes, most if not all our products are vegan and cruelty free.

What wax are your products made from?

Our wax melts and products alike are made from 100% soy wax, soy wax is the better alternative to paraffin wax, it gives a cleaner burn and contains none of the nasties that paraffin wax contains.

Are your products safe to use around pets?

In short, yes. Although our scents can be safely used around animals, our products do contain chemicals, so it is important that your pets don't consume our products. Is frosting normal for wax melts?

Frosting is when a white, crystalline layer forms on the surface or sides of natural waxes, such as soy. Some batches of the pure wax that we receive from our suppliers are more prone to frosting than others. It's quite hit or miss, so one of your wax melts may have a perfect top, while another may have frosted. Frosting does not effect the performance of our wax melts in any way and actually indicates that we are using a natural product. While it may look a little unsightly, rest assured that you are still receiving the same high quality products that we are known for.
