All our products are vegan suitable and cruelty free. None of our products have been tested on animals, only humans! We don’t believe in animal cruelty and testing cosmetics on them.

Each of our products are now sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery, if you want faster service, please message us and we will arrange that.

We do except returns and offer refunds but to be eligible you must return the product back to us for us to decide if a refund is applicable, you have 21 days within purchase to send us back the product. You will be responsible for the postage cost.

As all our products are hand-poured in small batches, there may be slight differences to the photos making each melt unique and special.
Do not leave unattended and keep out of reach of children and pets. It is important to use a 4 hour tealight as 8 hour tea lights can burn too hot and burn fragrance too quickly.
Please note: Due to the fragile nature of the products, it is possible for them to break or chip in transit. This will not affect the products themselves and their quality and performance but please do not order if this is an inconvenience for you.
Some fragrances are naturally stronger than others. We recommend using a tea light burner, although the melting point of this is low, so eclectic burners will be suitable too.
All fragrances similar to known high end street brands are merely made to be reminiscent of them. RnR Creations and Gifts do not own infringement on their copyright in anyway, they are simply inspired by the branded fragrances.

TURNAROUND TIMES
⚠️Please note our turn around time is 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for wax melts ALREADY MADE. These will be in a separate section on the website called “Ready to Ship” everything else will be up to 21 working days as we have to wait for the wax to cure for 14 days⚠️
